Birmingham, Wolverhampton Full-time / Part-time £12.00 – £13.00 per hour
About the role
Support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or physical disabilities to live independently in their own homes.
Key responsibilities
- Promote choice, independence and community involvement
- Support with daily routines, budgeting and life skills
- Accompany on activities, appointments and social outings
- Implement person-centred support plans and positive behaviour strategies
What we're looking for
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities is desirable
- A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
- Right to work in the UK and Enhanced DBS clearance
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
