About the role
Lead a team of carers, mentor new staff and ensure that care plans are followed to the highest standard across your client portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Care Assistants
- Conduct spot checks, supervisions and quality audits
- Deliver hands-on care to a portfolio of clients
- Liaise with families, GPs and other healthcare professionals
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
- Minimum 2 years care experience
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
